Canonsburg, PA (February 11, 2025) – Bug-O is pleased to welcome Manoel Ricardo Veloso Junior to the BUG-O Sales Team. “We are excited to welcome a sales professional like Manoel to join our team, with such a broad depth of experience in the welding industry. Manoel brings with him over 25 years of experience in welding and providing solutions for customer applications in Brazil. We are very excited for the opportunities for growth and improvement that he can bring to our company and our customers as we continue to build for the future,” Bug-O president Matt Cable said.
Manoel started his professional career in the industrial market in 1997 as a GMAW welder at DeMaio Gallo, an automotive spare parts company. After four years improving his welding skills, he was hired by the Lincoln Electric Company in Brazil to perform equipment, consumables, and welding process demonstrations with end users. During this time Manoel developed the ability to recommend solutions to companies in different segments of the manufacturing industry.
During his career with the Lincoln Electric Company in Brazil, Manoel held different positions from sales representative to Automation and mechanization division supervisor, advancing in his career to the position of New Business Development Supervisor in Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador, focusing on welding mechanization and plasma cutting.
Manoel has more than 25 years of experience recommending welding and cutting solutions for different customers and supporting the biggest distributors in Brazil with his technical and commercial expertise.
We are excited to have Manoel on our team for Latin America, working with Norman Galeana. Manoel has completed a full training program with us here in Canonsburg, PA and is ready to help our distributors and customers find new ways to succeed with mechanization of their welding and cutting applications.
