Technical Sales Engineer – Latin America
Weld Tooling Corp. d/b/a BUG-O Systems, headquartered in Canonsburg, PA, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer – Latin America for a fully remote work-from-home position from anywhere within the United States, responsible for developing and executing a technical sales strategy to increase sales, market share, and profitability in the Latin American market. Specific duties include: (i) develop highly technical Spanish-language strategic communications and training and technical support plans to create and develop a structure of regional distributors for industrial segments in Latin America; (ii) demonstrate and promote company products and solutions for welding mechanization needs to clients in the Latin America region; (iii) develop and manage a network of technically proficient Regional Distributors identifying and continuously assessing opportunities for welding and cutting mechanization in the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Naval, and Structural Steel industrial segments in Latin America; (iv) ensure alignment with the company’s industrial automation and mechanized welding strategies through the design and execution of comprehensive technical training programs for distributors and end users, including in-person seminars, customized training and hands-on demonstrations in Spanish focused on the application and integration of welding and cutting mechanization systems; (v) design and execution of technical launch and market introduction of new products across the Latin America region, including the development of localized brand strategies, competitive benchmarking, and implementation of strategic marketing and pricing plans leading to a unified strategy for sales and market-share growth with increased profitability, leveraging feedback from field operations and aligning with the company’s global strategy; (vi) coordinate cross-functional technical support ensuring timely and accurate resolution of field issues and acting as the main conduit for technical information between Latin American distributors, customers, and corporate teams; (vii) conduct field-level technical evaluations and product demonstrations in Spanish for key Latin American accounts, identifying industrial application needs and tailoring mechanized welding and cutting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime; (viii) assess welding codes, engineering drawings, designs and welding procedure specifications to design technical solutions that fill customer´s technical needs in the field by using advanced mechanization solutions; and (ix) support the field operations in Latin America regarding installation, set up, training and use of the designed solutions.
This is a work-from-home position. The employee can work remotely (with appropriate telecommuting systems) from anywhere within the United States but must be able and willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 75% to various unanticipated employer and client locations including in Latin America.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or a directly related engineering discipline, plus 5 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role.
Experience must include: (i) 5 years of experience with the practical application of welding and cutting mechanization / automation equipment; and (ii) 5 years of experience with the installation, set up and use of welding power sources and wire feeders. Experience can be concurrent.
Must be a certified welder for flux cored wires and have a project management certification. Must have native speaker level fluency in Spanish.

Production Technician – Electrical Assembly
We are currently seeking individuals for production positions in Electrical Assembly.
The Production Technician performs any combination of tasks required to aid in the production of Weld Tooling Corporation products.
Duties will include:
- Build wiring harnesses and circuit board
- Utilize hand tools to assembles components
- Cut, strip, crimp and solder wire
- Reading and following work order specifications, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Verify work through visual checks, use of meters and specific production tests
- Package and store completed products in proper locations
- Other projects/tasks as assigned
Pay Starts at $17.50/hour with an increase at the end of the introductory period (typically 45 working days). Also at this time, the position becomes benefits eligible and includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation and 401K.
Daylight Shift 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Our inside sales team processes orders, generates sales quotations, performs product application analysis, recommends new systems based on customer needs, manages customer accounts and executes sales procedures all while providing excellent customer service.
Our outside sales team job establishes and maintains product relationships with customers in their assigned territory. This position is responsible for managing sales and support of our complete product line. This includes identifying new opportunities, demoing of our products to meet those customer’s needs and performing installations and trainings after the sale is complete.
Production
Our production team is responsible for the building and testing of our product before shipment to customers. We hire for positions in electrical assembly, manual machining and CNC.
